Louder Than My Demons: Season 3 Is Coming — And We’re Just Getting Started

Four episodes filmed. Six more written. New shows. New adventures. A new store. And a whole lot more coming your way.

It’s been a little while since I’ve given everyone a proper update on what’s happening behind the scenes at Louder Than My Demons, and believe me, there’s a lot happening.

I’ve been busy. Really busy.

And for once, I don’t mean busy just trying to survive whatever life decides to throw at me next. I mean busy creating. Writing. Recording. Planning. Building something that I genuinely believe in.

Season 3 of Louder Than My Demons is getting closer, and I’m excited about where we’re headed.

So let’s talk about it.

Season 3 — November 27, 2026

First, the big news.

Season 3 officially launches Friday, November 27, 2026!

As of today, four episodes have been filmed, and the remaining six have been written. That means all ten episodes of Season 3 are taking shape, and we’re getting closer to having everything ready to roll.

This season is different.

The first season was about finding my footing in sobriety. The second was about discovering that staying sober doesn’t automatically mean life gets easier.

Season 3 is about what happens next.

It’s about rebuilding. It’s about confronting the things we don’t always want to admit about ourselves. It’s about learning how to live a life that doesn’t revolve around alcohol, while accepting that sobriety doesn’t magically eliminate heartbreak, insecurity, regret, or fear.

We’re going to have some uncomfortable conversations. We’re going to laugh. We’re going to explore some things that have helped me, and some things I’m still trying to figure out.

And as always, I’m not coming to you as an expert who has all the answers.

I’m coming to you as someone who’s living this stuff right alongside you.

Outlaw Logic Returns — November 25

Before Season 3 officially begins, we’re bringing back a little Outlaw Logic.

A brand-new Outlaw Logic episode arrives Wednesday, November 25.

If you’re familiar with Outlaw Logic, you already know what to expect. My perspective on life, recovery, relationships, and whatever else happens to be rattling around in my head.

Sometimes serious. Sometimes funny. Sometimes probably a little inappropriate.

But always real.

Consider it a little warm-up before the new season begins.

Demon Cuts Is Coming Back Too

Demon Cuts Is Coming Back Too

I’ve also written a brand-new episode of Demon Cuts.

I love having different ways to communicate with you outside the regular podcast format. Not every subject needs a full 45-minute episode, and sometimes a shorter, more focused conversation can hit just as hard.

In past episodes, we’ve taken a deep dive into some incredible albums and artists, including Metallica’s St. Anger, Mötley Crüe’s Dr. Feelgood, Jimmy Page’s Outrider, and Zakk Wylde’s Book of Shadows. We’ve explored the music, the musicians, the stories behind the recordings, and what makes these albums so interesting, sometimes decades after their release.

The next Demon Cuts is all about Velvet Revolver and their explosive debut album, Contraband.

If you follow the podcast, you already know about my affinity for Duff McKagan, Slash, and, of course, Izzy Stradlin. All three have connections to the early story of what would eventually become one of the biggest rock supergroups of the 2000s.

We’re going to dig into how Velvet Revolver came together, the personalities involved, the music they created, and why Contraband remains such a powerful rock record more than two decades after its release.

For me, Demon Cuts is a chance to celebrate the music that shaped my life while exploring the stories behind the albums we love.

And believe me, I’ve got plenty more albums I want to talk about.

So crank it up. Demon Cuts is coming back!

R.E.D. 22 — Two New Episodes in Development

I’m also working on two new installments of R.E.D. 22.

This series remains an important part of what we’re building at LTMD. It gives us an opportunity to have conversations that matter, particularly around veterans, mental health, recovery, and the struggles that people sometimes carry silently.

These are subjects that deserve more than a passing mention.

We’ll have more information about those episodes as they come together.

Something New: Taking Recovery on the Road

Here’s something I’m especially excited about.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about what it means to actually LIVE in sobriety.

We spend so much time talking about getting sober, staying sober, avoiding triggers, and surviving difficult days.

And all of that matters.

But what about having fun?

What about traveling? Going to concerts? Meeting new people? Trying new restaurants? Dating? Taking a weekend trip somewhere you’ve never been?

What about building a life that makes you genuinely excited to wake up in the morning?

That’s where a new LTMD project comes in.

I’m developing a travelogue-style series, tentatively called The Sober Road, where we’ll explore places, experiences, and adventures through the eyes of someone learning how to enjoy life without alcohol.

Maybe it’s a weekend in Chicago. Maybe it’s checking out a sober social event. Maybe it’s visiting a new city while the band is playing a show.

Maybe it’s something as simple as going somewhere alone and discovering that you can still have an incredible time.

I want to explore what the world has to offer, and I want to bring you along.

Because recovery shouldn’t be just about everything we’ve given up.

It should also be about everything we still get to experience.

New Audio-Exclusive Episodes

Another big change is coming to the podcast.

We’re introducing audio-exclusive LTMD episodes on platforms like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Amazon Music.

These will be different from our regular video productions.

More relaxed. More conversational. Sometimes a little spontaneous.

Think of them as an opportunity to sit down together without cameras, elaborate production, or a carefully structured show.

Just conversations about life, sobriety, music, relationships, and whatever else comes up.

The plan is to make these a regular monthly feature, giving our audio listeners something special while continuing to build the main LTMD channel.

I’m excited about this because some of the best conversations happen when you stop worrying about the cameras and simply start talking.

The LTMD Store Opens November 27!

Yes, it’s finally happening!

I’ve been talking about launching the Louder Than My Demons store for a long time, and I’ve decided it’s time to stop talking about it and get it done.

The official LTMD store is scheduled to launch November 27, alongside Season 3.

We’ll be working on merchandise and designs that reflect what this community is all about.

This isn’t just about putting a logo on a shirt.

It’s about creating something that represents resilience, strength, recovery, and the decision to keep moving forward, even when life gets ugly.

And maybe giving everyone a chance to wear a little of that outlaw attitude along the way.

More details are coming as we get closer to launch day.

LTMD Meditations — December 15

One of the projects I’ve wanted to create for a long time is finally getting its own release d

ate.

The first collection of LTMD Guided Meditations launches December 15, 2026.

These meditations will be available in different lengths, including 5, 10, 15, and 20-minute sessions.

We’ll focus on breathing, relaxation, visualization, personal reflection, and mantras that can help you find a little peace when life gets overwhelming.

I’ll also be developing meditation-style reflections built around stories, lessons, and parables.

Spirituality and self-care are two of my Five S’s, and meditation has become an important part of how I navigate my own recovery.

I want to share some of that with you.

Not everybody meditates the same way. Not everybody connects with the same ideas. My goal is to create a library where you can find something that works for you.

Sometimes five minutes of peace can change the direction of an entire day.

We’re Building Something Bigger

When I started Louder Than My Demons, I wanted to tell my story.

I wanted to be honest about addiction, recovery, mistakes, and the work involved in trying to become a better person.

But something has changed along the way.

I’ve realized that I don’t just want to talk about surviving addiction.

I want to talk about living after addiction.

I want LTMD to be a place where we can have serious conversations about recovery and mental health, but also laugh about something ridiculous, talk about music, travel somewhere new, or simply enjoy the fact that we’re still here.

That’s the direction we’re heading.

The Five S’s — Spirituality, Self-Care, Strength, Songwriting, and Service — are still the foundation of everything I do.

And I want everything we create to reflect them.

Some days I’m doing pretty well with all five.

Other days? Well, let’s just say there’s still plenty of work to do.

But that’s recovery.

It’s not perfection. It’s progress.

Mark Your Calendars

  • November 25: New Outlaw Logic episode
  • November 27: Season 3 premiere and official LTMD Store launch
  • Coming soon: Demon Cuts, R.E.D. 22, The Sober Road, and new audio-exclusive episodes
  • December 15: First collection of LTMD Guided Meditations

I’ve given myself some pretty ambitious deadlines here.

And that’s intentional.

Sometimes you have to put a date on the calendar, make a commitment, and then get your ass to work.

That’s exactly what I’m doing.

To everyone who’s been following this journey, watching the episodes, sharing the videos, or sending me messages, thank you.

I know I still have a lot to learn, a lot to accomplish, and a lot of work ahead of me.

But I’m excited.

And after everything life has thrown at me, being excited about the future is a pretty damn good feeling.

Your worst chapter does not have to be your last chapter.

I’ll see you November 25 for Outlaw Logic, and November 27 for the beginning of Season 3.

Until then, stay strong, stay loud, and remember…

We don’t recover quietly. We recover loud.
